We want the customer to be happy, so contact the store before making the purchase if you have any questions about the item condition or details. All problems will be evaluated individually. We strive to avoid problems and maintain a good relationship with customers. Potential problems with a purchased product must be reported within two weeks of receiving the product. Any product accepted for return must be in like-new condition and not damaged by buyer. Refunds will not be approved more than 14 days after customer received product.
Items damaged during transit must be reported to shipping company; customer cooperation will be required to complete the process to recover transit damage and loss claims, including photos of damaged shipping carton or package. Refund will be provided after customer provides sufficient photographic support to show shipping damage.
In any case, no refunds on shipping charges to or from our store except for shipping damage.
